Zobacz jaki jest pinout agp i poszukaj gdzie jest zwarta masa do +5V.

Generalnie jedną sondę stykasz z masą (Ground), masy powinny być wspólne, ale nie wszystkie piny muszą być podłączone. Możesz też znaleźć po prostu masę gdzieś na płytce i przytknąć tam.
Drugą sondą dotykasz do pinów oznaczonych +5.0V 5.0V, ew. też VCC 3.3.

Tam masz też rysunek od której strony liczy się piny.
